CANCELATION POLICY: 2021 Cancellation Policy Update:
You will need to provide a card on file to book an appointment. Please give me at least 24 hours to cancel to avoid a cancellation fee. If you reschedule outside the 24 hour notice there will be a 50% service fee charged. Anything later than 15 minutes is considered a no show. If you are a no show you will be fully charged for services booked. I understand that life happens, but I do have to put these policies in place as spaces book up to ensure that all of my clients get their services done in a timely manner based on the appointment they chose.ï‚· PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: Please fill out the consultation and Covid-19
consent form before arriving to your appointment. If you have a hard
time filling it out please come 10 minutes prior to your appointment and
let me know so we can give your service the full time you deserve!
ï‚· UPON ARRIVAL: When you arrive please either check in on the Vagaro app
or text me at 630-433-8408 to let me know that you are here. When I’m
ready for you I will send a notification on the app or text you when I’m
ready to meet you at the front door to let you know in.
ï‚· CLIENTS UNDER 18: Any client that is under 18 must be accompanied by an
adult, who may sign the client consultation form before the service.
ï‚· GRATUITY: Gratuity is greatly appreciated, as it is not included in
treatment prices.
